Amazing opportunity!

We had an incredible time! The email communication was clear on our arrival time for the VIP - we received a gift bag with a fanny pack, sleep mask, light-up wand (which my daughter loved!), stickers, coloring book, crayons and a graphic signed by the entire cast. The party space was intimate, - we had a little dance party. Then we met the cast and they took so much time with my daughter, asked her questions and took photos with us both. My favorite part was the VIP Soundcheck, getting to hear each performer sing a bit while they worked on the microphone and sound equipment - they answered questions and were so funny. I felt like we got a whole 20-minute extra show! The show itself was INCREDIBLE! These voices were better the ones in the movies and the animation on the screen and theatrical elements were so beautiful!! I loved that you could film on your phone if you wanted - I got great pictures of the stage and my daughter loving the show!

Costumes

I took my 5 year old granddaughter and she was soooo excited. Unfortunately that ended when the princesses did not come out in costumes. She kept asking me where the real princesses were. When your audience is basically 4-8 year olds, they identify with the costumes. The music and singing was amazing as we expected. I suggest next time you plan this event have at least a segment with costumes and maybe a few more princesses. We were not the only ones disappointed. Several families around us left at intermission.

Lighting and staging bad - vocals magnificent

Someone tell the lighting crew that blinding the audience with LED footlights facing out is really dumb. Setting the big screen so far downstage meant that only Mezzanine Center seats could view the screen. From mezzanine house left 6th row up, the top or about 1/3 of the side of the screen was blocked by the proscenium, so the trivia questions and video clips were wasted. The princesses vocal talents were amazing, almost making it worth the $300 cost.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

After a quick review of the 'piano guys' life style ...then came the 2 hrs of 'I once played a Princess years ago', concert., dresses in The Mother of the Bride gowns. My 6 yr old granddaughter kept asking when the Princesses were going to come out ! FALSE Advertising- don't get me wrong they had beautiful voices ...for Vegas not for kids .

Dissapointing

I guess it's my fault for buying the VIP package if you're thinking about doing it DONT!! First of all we were told to arrive at 4:15 which we did, we then waited in line for an hour before they led us to 5 tables where we sat and colored, yeah the princess palace party was nothing more than a table you can color on for 1 hour before you line up for the meet and greet which is pretty cool but that's the only part, you don't get an autographed picture you get an autograph postcard, 6 crayons, and a sad sticker sheet with nothing more than princess names on it. Then we found our seats idk about the actual concert because by the time we got my daughter yeah 6 not a good recommended age was tired and hungry no food at all from 4:30- until when the show ends because you're told you can't leave the venue. To say I'm dissapointed for paying 317 dollars a ticket is a understatment. Note there are no Disney princesses they don't even dress like them, older kids only imo.

Horrible

This was just a poorly produced show from start to finish. No energy from the performers. The host was annoying and kept trying to remind you of his lifestyle. Nobody cares buddy. The singers were just not draw dropping. In fact, half the crowd left at intermission. Maybe we had an off night but I wouldn't go for free. Nor would my kids.
