Follow the sound, you just have to trust it!

Brett Chiodo, Patrick Miranda, Spencer York and Austen Cressey make up the Californian band frequently known as Movements. Since their inception in 2015, this group has released three studio albums and an EP, their most recent release being 2023's "RUCKUS!" which was followed by a remix album the year after.

Movements's sound takes from early 2000s pop-punk and is often labelled as "post-hardcore", sharing similarities with the earlier work of Hayley Williams' "Paramore" or New York-native band "Taking Back Sunday". Movements' rock-driven instrumentals and roaring vocals hark back to the golden years of pop-punk, think Panic at The Disco and Fall Out Boy.
